BopHaus is a design-forward online store offering custom and ready-made 3D-printed products, including home decor, art toys, and utility accessories. All items are made with precision 3D printing and are produced in the United States.

2. Orders & Payment

  • We accept payments via major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Zelle.

  • All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party platforms.

  • Orders can be placed as a guest or through a registered account.

  • 3. Shipping

    • We offer standard and expedited shipping options.

    • Orders over $50 within the U.S. qualify for free standard shipping.

    • International orders do not qualify for free shipping and may be subject to duties or import taxes.

    • Ready-made products ship in 2–3 business days.

    • Custom orders are produced within 2–3 business days before shipping.

    • Delivery times:

      • U.S.: 3–5 business days after shipment

      • International: 7–15 business days (depending on location and customs)

    • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

4. Returns & Cancellations

  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery and are only accepted for unused items in original condition.

  • Custom-made items are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or defect upon delivery.

  • Cancellations or order changes must be requested before shipping or before custom production begins.

  • All items are produced via 3D printing. Minor surface details or layer lines are normal and do not affect function or durability.
